large room clean room city view coffee machine
I had a large, clean room. Floor-to-ceiling windows offered fantastic city views (i could spot the football ground!). The shower worked great, and the bed was very comfy. A fridge and a proper coffee machine with pods added to the convenience. The restaurant offered reasonably priced food. I had pizza.

amazing stay near the university
helpful staff great value gluten free
The reception staff were so cute and helpful. I was charmed. the bar staff were good and happy hour had great value. breakfast was buffet style, and there was lots of choice, which i found awesome. all the breakfast apart from one item was gluten free, a big plus for me.
I was in room 922, and around 11 pm, there was an awful foul smell coming from the shower area. It smelt like sewage. i didn't report it, and that smell lasted until i was leaving the next day and really ruined the entire experience.

the room was clean although basic, fine for my needs. the beds were comfy, and i appreciated the simple design. the room was spacious, offering enough space for luggage and movement.

The room offered ample space with a comfy bed. Breakfast included many choices. The shower worked well. Facilities were good too.
The service at dinner felt a bit slow. I think it depended on where the table was.

convenient car park modern room helpful service
The location was good. It was a short walk to the university. The car park was very convenient, with a discount for hotel guests. Check-in was smooth, a feature I value after a long journey. The hotel was modern. The room was warm and clean. The rooms located on higher floors had nice city views. The breakfast offered ample choices. The staff provided very helpful service. They assisted with travel queries and sightseeing suggestions.

the reception staff was lovely and cute. the room was modern and very clean. i slept really well . the extra taylor swift themed items were a nice surprise.
the room temperature was a bit difficult to adjust properly.
